In 2018, Sara supported her friend Carly’s birth which set her on a path of birth related certifications.  She is a DONA certified birth and postpartum doula.  Sara loves supporting women in labor as well as after in their home.  Following the thread of curiosity, she also certified with ICEA as a childbirth educator and teaches both privately and for the University of Utah.   Sara’s calm and positive spirit in a birth room and at client’s home provide the families who she supports with ease and confidence.

Heart Tones Birth was founded by Beth Hardy in 2015 in Salt Lake City, UT, and has since grown into an agency with several fabulous doulas who are eager to support you. Our passion is helping expecting parents find their strength, power, and voice so they can rock their birth. We love working with all families, including first-time parents, VBAC parents, LGBTQ+ parents, adoptive parents, surrogate parents, single parents, and parents from communities that have been historically marginalized within our healthcare system. Our goal is to raise up our community by providing the highest quality postpartum doula support to families with newborn babies. We offer day and overnight postpartum doula services, Foodie Doula services (to keep you nourished after your baby arrives), gentle sleep coaching services as well as baby feeding support services (breast or bottle feeding). We are experienced, trained, inclusive, non-biased and deeply passionate about making this world a better place one family at a time by easing the transition to parenthood for families with newborn babies.

Jade Holmes is a labor, postpartum, and bereavement doula, childbirth/new parent educator, and doula trainer/mentor based in Heber City. She is also a licensed massage therapist with emphasis on massage during pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Every Friday at 10 a.m. Jade or another local expert host a free parent circle gathering in her in-home classroom space. Jade is intensely passionate about helping transform what it looks like to support families through these tender phases and continues to work hard to bring new services, events, and options to the parents of the Wasatch Back.

cuddle & Calm

Nancy is a certified Postpartum Doula and Infant Massage Instructor and loves all things baby! As someone who believes strongly in wellbeing, Nancy supports caregivers by supporting their mental, emotional, and physical health. After raising three (now grown) children, she understands the challenges parents face and is looking to ease the struggles of the first year through empowering moms and dads. Nancy graduated with a M.Ed. in Health Promotion and a B.S. in Human Development, both from Vanderbilt University.
